I used to work for a Thai restaurant here in Red Bluff, California called Janya Thai Delight. I worked there for about 1 year full time. Ever since Janya Thai Delight closed, I have been researching how to make my own Thai food. I have been copying Thai recipes online and from recipe books.
It has been lots of fun to copy Thai recipes. I have also been learning a little bit of the Thai language. Pailin Chongchitnant has the best Youtube Channel called Hot Thai Kitchen. I highly suggest checking it out if you are interested in learning more about Thai food.
